From the 1st text and getting a quick response to setting up an appointment within the next few days to be at my home, Brad is very knowledgeable at the work he does, from removing and rewiring old faulty cameras to replacement of a new DVR ,he knew the entirety of the job needed to be done and explained as working through the process, after everything was connected, double checked work, fix setting to get most out of system and cleaned up like nothing was ever touched. My camera system is well well above my original expectations I originally contacted Hayes tech nj for just a camera or two outside I ended up with a rotating ptz camera with human tracking and a sick doorbell camera that also feeds to my tv as well. All of this was pretty cost effective it’s nothing I ever thought i’d be doing always looked like it was to expensive however it’s not. I also have a few other cameras on my system for different purposes all have audio some of them I can even talk through l. Brads install is clean and he’s sure to be careful in your home or business.
